Check-Cap is a clinical-stage medical diagnostics company developing C-Scan®, the first capsule-based system for preparation-free, colorectal cancer screening. Utilizing innovative ultra-low dose X-ray and wireless communication technologies, our capsule generates information on the contours of the inside of the colon as it passes naturally. This information is used to create a 3D map of the colon, which allows physicians to look for polyps and other abnormalities. Designed to improve the patient experience and increase the willingness of individuals to participate in recommended colorectal cancer screening, C-Scan® removes many frequently-cited barriers, such as laxative bowel preparation, invasiveness, and sedation.

We are looking for an Operations & People Experience Manager who will lead, organize and coordinate administrative duties, as well as lead all employee experience and welfare activities. This person will be the organizational heart of our office and will do whatever s/he can do to make sure the workplace runs efficiently with happy and good vibes. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage all administrative and office issues and make sure the office runs smoothly.
  • Searching and negotiating with suppliers, managing the cleaning company, order and kitchen supply and keep track of kitchen inventory, bills payment, managing deliveries from and to the office, purchasing office equipment, onboarding of new employees etc.
  • Address employee’s inquiries regarding administrative office management issues
  • Responsible for travel arrangements for employees and visitors
  • Office appearance: we have a beautiful and clean office that needs to be kept to high standards
  • Coordinating purchase processes
  • Manage and lead people experience, welfare and wellbeing activities.
  • Maintain current activities such as happy hours, company events, holiday celebrations and ongoing welfare activities
  • Initiate new activities and keep up to date with market practices
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings/visits as required, including catering when needed
  • Coordinate board’s regular and special meetings as requested by key leadership 

Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • 2-4 years’ experience as Office Manager within startups / high-tech organizations
  • At least 2 years of experience as People Experience / welfare Manager 
  • Experience with office administrative responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
  • Loves people, strong service orientation 
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Writing and verbal skills in Hebrew and English.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment 
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements and lead new initiatives
